If contact information is provided, Keystone will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aims to respond within 10 business days. Complaints are documented and reviewed to improve services. I may request a review if I am not satisfied with the response, and I may contact the Ombudsman of Ontario if my concern remains unresolved.
