Referrals and Intake
Getting connected to support is simple. When you reach out, our intake team will:
- Listen to your needs and answer your questions
- Gather some basic information to understand how we can help
- Connect you with the right program or service
All services are free for families. Families can make a self-referral to our programs. We also accept referrals from physicians, educators, and other community professionals with consent.

One Stop Talk
We’re here to listen. As a proud partner of One Stop Talk, we’re helping children, youth, and families get the support they need, when they need it.
Together, we’re making mental health care more immediate and accessible for children and youth (ages 0–17) across Ontario.

What is One Stop Talk?
One Stop Talk is a free online counselling service for children and youth (0–17 years old) in Ontario. It’s a place where young people can talk to a real therapist right away—no appointment needed.
What does One Stop Talk offer?
- Talk to a therapist for free – Right when you need it.
- One issue at a time – You can come back as many times as needed.
- Get a plan – You and your therapist will make a plan together to help you feel better.
- More help if needed – If you need extra support, they’ll help connect you to other services nearby.
- Keystone therapists are part of the team, along with others from across Ontario.
- Support in over 200 languages, including French and ASL.
You will need to share your name, birthday, and postal code to use the service. It’s not anonymous.
Who can use it?
- Children and youth (0–17) in Ontario
- Parents and caregivers can join the session with their child or can call in to receive parenting support
When is it open?
- Monday to Friday: 12PM – 8PM
- Saturday: 12PM – 4PM
