Groups, Workshops and Drop-Ins
We offer a variety of free workshops and groups for parents, caregivers, children, and youth. Our workshops help parents and caregivers learn more about their child’s needs and how to support them. We also run goal-focused groups for children and youth to build skills and support their growth.
Groups for children and youth are open to current clients or those waiting for ongoing counselling services.
Sometimes, group sessions are included as part of a child or youth’s counselling plan. Being part of a group can help build confidence, strengthen relationships, and support goals set in therapy.
