In our work with children, youth, and families, we believe that families come first. Our job is to support them. Our staff listen, assess the situation, and then provide the needed services. The family is the steady point in everything we do. Together, we create and carry out plans that reduce problems, provide help during crises, and build a stronger future.

Our services are also based on partnership with the community. We work with other local agencies, funders, schools, health providers, the justice system, governments, and community groups. We partner with anyone who can help support the children, youth, and families we serve.
