These programs focus on building strong social, emotional, and developmental skills right from the start.<\/p><p>Programs include:<\/p><ul><li>Healthy Beginnings \u2013 a group for parents before and after birth. At these centres, families can:<\/p><ul><li>Take part in fun, play-based activities that support healthy child development<\/li><li>Find helpful information about parenting, child development, health, nutrition, and local services<\/li><li>Connect with other families in a safe and supportive environment<\/li><li>Get advice from early years professionals who can answer questions about your child\u2019s growth and learning<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>No sign-up is needed for drop-in visits.
